RedHat Help with printing output format from a file


I need help in printing data in below format from file extensions with .dml, i have listed details below

file name is test_temp.dml, location in /home/users/test01/test_temp.dml

file content:

  decimal(",") test_type;
  date("DD-MM-YYYY")(",") test_date = NULL("");
  string(",") test_time = NULL("");
  decimal(",") test_duration;
  string(",") test1_band = NULL("");
  string(",") test2_band = NULL("");
  string(",") test3_band = NULL("");
  decimal(",") test_charge;
  decimal(",") test1_charge;
  decimal(",") test2_charge;
  string(",") testa_type = NULL("");

required outpout format:


last column should not have the semi colon.

awk 'NF>1{sub(/;$/,x,$2); print $2}' file | paste -sd\; -
