Did you recently upgrade your system? Upgrade your version of openssh.

Specifically your openssl packages? That libcrypto is part of openssl:

Code:
ldd $(which ssh)
/usr/bin/ssh needs:
         /usr/lib/libc.a(shr.o)
         /usr/lib/libcrypto.a(libcrypto.so.0.9.8)
         /usr/lib/libz.a(libz.so.1)
         /unix
         /usr/lib/libcrypt.a(shr.o)

lslpp -w /usr/lib/libcrypto.a
  File Fileset Type
  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  /usr/lib/libcrypto.a openssl.base File
