I need to extract the number "IP SLA Monitor(112):" between this text. So here the command should return "112".

Could you please help me with the command?

based on a sample......
Code:
awk -F'[()]' '{print $2}' myFile
or
sed 's/.*(\([^)][^)]*\).*/\1/' myFile

Another, slightly simpler, sed alternative:
Code:
sed 's/.*(//; s/).*//' file
