Exim and processes

hello

I have 2 queries

1) I ran this command : exigrep root /var/log/exim_mainlog

and got a lot of results like this
Code:
2014-03-25 18:00:09 1WSO9R-000067-6n <= root@123.456.com U=root P=local S=690 T="lfd on 123.456.com: Excessive resource usage: xxx (344 (Parent PID:17477))" for /dev/null
2014-03-25 18:00:09 1WSO9R-000067-6n ** /dev/null@123.456.com: Unrouteable address
2014-03-25 18:00:09 1WSO9R-000067-6n Completed

(i) I want to know why i didnt get this alert
(ii) why it shows unroutable address
(iii) i think this alert is false positive as the site its complaining uses very less resources

2) My 2nd issue is regarding free memory
Code:
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 1503 1410 92 0 10 434
-/+ buffers/cache: 965 537
Swap: 0 0 0

Free memory is just 92. Is there anyway I can see which process taking more memory and auto kill/ or make more memory and make free memory?

thanks
John
