Bug Emails sent from Linux server are rejected by recipient

Hello i have this longterm issue which im unable to solve, i think this is quite simple issue, i hope you may know the cause

It is on CentOS Redhat server with qmail installed.

I tried to log the email account in webmail
I see all the messages I tried to send like:

The sender email account exist on a VPS.

I checked VPS ip against mail blacklists and its NOT listed except one v4bl.org.

Another message:

194.153.145.51 does not like recipient.

Giving up on 194.153.145.51.

Please anyone of You have an idea how can i fix this issue?

550 errors usually show that the recipient address is bad and the recipient server doesn't know what to do with the message so they return it to the sender. Try sending the message to an address you know is good and post the full message headers of it bounces back
