Replace string in file

Hi,

I wish to replace this string "/opt/app/z2c16/BBL/bea/domains/76" with this "/opt/app/bz2c1/BBL/bea/domains/DR" in a file using
Code:
sed -n 's/find/replace/g' filename

Can't get it right, can anyone?
