Image build process

What are the requirements to build an image in solaris ? Could you please some one explain this..

I am unclear on the requirement for an "image". Are you looking to create a jumpstart boot image; a DR image to recover from at a cold site or clone to a spare server; building a package to deliver to other servers; or something else?
