Help with Copying files between two remote servers

Hi All,

Please help me for a shell. I am a New to unix

I am trying to DB dump file from one server and copying it to another server.

From My Local ServerA connecting to remote ServerB using ssh and taking dump of a instance. That Dump file i need to copy to ServerC.

I am able to connect from ServerA to ServerB and generate the dump file but do not how to copy file from ServerB to ServerC.

Please help.

What you tried so far..?

Have you checked scp and rsync ...?

Have you considered sftp from ServerB to ServerC when you are connected to ServerB with the ssh session?

thanks for your response.

From ServerA using ssh connected to ServerB and taken dump file. From ServerB using the following command trying to copy that dump file to ServerC But I am ending up with Permission denied error.

Code:
scp /oracle/DATAPUMP/*.* oracle@SERVERC:/oracle/test1/DATAPUMP

u can try using

scp <path tofile in present server> user@destinationserver:path

temp: should contain 

put <path to the file that you want to copy>

sftp -b temp -o IdentityFile=your private key user@server

Hi, I have a 60 GB file (tar file) in server1 and I have mounted server2 (using nfs mount) on server1 and then I am copying the file from server1 to server2.
