Sliced vx cds veritas format

This is more of Veritas question, not of UNIX. But I will appreciate if somebody can clear my doubt.
I have Solaris-10, which is running Veritas 5.1 on it. Due to some known bug, I was not able to mirror disk_0 and disk_1 in rootdg. Currently disk_1 is in use and is only disk which is part of rootdg. "vxdisksetup -i" didn't worked, so I had to run dd on all slices of disk_0, but it came in cdsdisk format instead of sliced format. Since disk_1 is in sliced, so I wanted to have disk_0 also in sliced format before going with mirorring both disks.
My doubt is, if I mirror it like this only, i.e. one sliced and one cds, will it be a problem from performance or any other prospestive ?
Code:
:/# vxdisk -e -oalldgs list | head
DEVICE TYPE DISK GROUP STATUS OS_NATIVE_NAME ATTR
disk_0 auto:cdsdisk rootmirror rootdg online c1t1d0s2 -
disk_1 auto:sliced rootdisk rootdg online c1t0d0s2 -

This is a question which I would like the answer to.
I am not sure if this will hurt the performance of your Veritas root mirror.

I have actually made some videos on Veritas mirror, however those videos wont answer your question.

Lets see what the gurus say about this question.

On a side note, I don't think it should have too much of an affect if your application/log files/ cache are on a separate file system.
