Yes. I assumed that you were the originator of the email, so if the recipients see a message with a heading like:
Code:
From: legrandtimonier@here.com
Subject: something
Date: December 1, 2013 11:11:34 AM PST
To: legrandtimonier@here.com

they won't gather any new information from the To: address that they wouldn't get anyway.
