You find the "code" tag at the top of the Wiki editor.

You must be root or the process owner in order to see all process arguments.
This is because one needs to access the private process environment, and for security reason this is denied for other users.
There might be a setting in /etc/system to allow this.

??
Code:
m1:/export/home/vbe $ ps -ef|fgrep ttymon
    root 10872 10259 0 Jun 27 console 0:00 /usr/lib/saf/ttymon -g -d /dev/console -l console -T vt100 -m ldterm,ttcompat -
    root 10869 10835 0 Jun 27 ? 0:01 /usr/lib/saf/ttymon
     vbe 14144 8584 0 13:31:16 pts/2 0:00 fgrep ttymon
m1:/export/home/vbe $ uname -r
5.10

I see no trunking here... but I remember there is a limit on the length of what can be displayed...

Solaris has a limit of 80 characters for args in the global ps table.
Everything beyond 80 characters requires exploring each process environment.
In Solaris 10 /usr/ucb/ps belongs to package SUNWscpu, it's a hard-link to /usr/lib/isaexec.
In Solaris 11 the /usr/bin/ps has been extended to support auxwww (no leading dash, just like GNU ps).
