apache on solaris 9
HI

I want to use the apache server on my solaris 9

How do I start it??
(/etc/init.d/apache start does not work)

Where do I need to put my html archives???

Have you configured apache yet? Look in /etc/apache - is there a httpd.conf file (or just a httpd.conf-example)? Check that /etc/init.d/apache is looking there for the httpd.conf (if you changed the /etc/init.d/apache to look in a different directory, then that is where your httpd.conf should be)
