A records

I got a domian set up with Solaris on an Intel platform. Where do I go to set up the A records so I can join my other two computers to the domain?

"Where do I go?" is not a very specific question. If you mean which computer, it's your primary dns server.

Add remember to add PTR records along with the A records.

Thanks. What was meant by where do I go was what directory on the dns server do I go to to set up the A records.

That is very configurable. Look at the "directory" line in /etc/named.boot. We are using "/var/named".
