HP-UX toolbar help

Hi all,
I am trying to set some icons in the toolbar thingy (HP-UX 10.2). I used the Toolboxes->Personal to help me setup, but it put the program icon in the personal toolbox folder. So I dragged it out to the Desktop. Now I've a link on a Desktop. Any ideas on how to create directly on to Desktop?
Also, if I would appreciate help on changing the icon (i.e. el cheapo Running man to somehthing fancy!).
TIA,
Ciao,

hi nitin,

i do not know how HP-UX 10.2 works since i use version 11.. but still i would share what i know with you.

for changing the icon or make it a funny thing you will have to edit some files.

if your system has the .dt folder try to explore that and try to change the animations part in the

dtwm.fp file.

if u can do this.. i hope i would help u more.

all the best.

You also can edit the .wmrc file if you are using vue desktop.
If you are using the CDE environment I think it is called .dtwmrc.

Also as mentioned all the files for cuistomizing the desktop are under .dt directory which appears in your (home dir).

Also the first section of the graphical help talks about customizing desktop, have a look there

Good Luck
