How to find out the spec of my AIX?

Does anyone know if there are any commands that allow me to find out the spec of my AIX machine? It's RS6000.

That's ok everyone, i found them but may be not completely.

to find Mem (this is AIX specific command)

lsattr -HE -l sys0 -a realmem

to find hard drives, just gets into "smitty" and System Storage Management. But smitty doesn't tells how fast the CPU runs.

and with the combinations of the Model number and do a find in IBM website, i have all necessary information.

But feel free to provide more information.

We are on digital unix 4.0 and if you can get to the boot log on this shows everything on the machine.
I am not sure if AIX has the same feature.
