The nature of an indirect map is that its mount point /neth is not writable (- is neither a local file system nor a NFS file system).
The keys in auto.neth match directories inside /neth/
Code:
cd /neth/<directory_name>

Unfortunately your auto.neth has only a wildcard * entry, so is invisible even with -browse map option. (I forgot that in my last post.)
And unfortunately the showmount does not show a directory name, so you must find out.

If you want to have files directly in /neth/ then you should really go for a direct map - as was already suggested by mauregato Image
