Setting Printer margins

Hi,

I have Aix 6.1.
Installed the Ricoh Unix print filter, to allow us to print to a Ricoh 5001.
So I send text documents to the printer using the qprt command and set the print job finishing options using the Ricoh commands passed using -o options.

Eg. qprt -Pfin200 -o collate=on -o text -o landscape -o cpi17 -o staple=on ect..

So everything works fine, I can turn punching on/of, staples on/off.
The only problem I have is when I print in Landscape, it starts printing very close to the left edge. Portrait is fine.

I can't seem to find a way to set the left margin when using Ricoh's Unix Print Filter.

I am looking at the package, some files text and some ps. Does landscape behave any better with '-o text' ?

I wonder if the pcl files are for the filter or the docs only?

Hi,
I tried -o text, I get the same result with or without it.
I'm not sure about those PCL files, I do see them where I extracted the tar file. And I ran the "unix_installer" from that directory, and it creates a file called
/usr/local/bin/myfilters/fin_200.filter

fin_200 being my print q.
The print q setup in SMIT points to this file. I'm thinking I might have to set something up in there.
