Yes from Server A to Server B itself..And from server B to interface I do manually using a script

Right, so your script which runs on server B should check if the file is currently in use and proceed if not.

Why not send a small (or even empty) "sentinel" file like zzdone when done? Can be achieved within the ftp script.
