Find next line based on pattern, if it is similar pattern skip it

Hi,

I am able to get next line if it is matching a particular pattern. But i need a way to skip if next line also matches same pattern..

For example:

Code:
No Records
No Records
Records found
got it
Records found

Now i want to find 'Records found' after 'No Records' pattern matches..

Code:
sed -n '\No Records/{n;p;}' filename

I am getting 'No Records' but i want to get 'Records found' .Please help me to resolve this.

How about awk solution?
Code:
awk ' { while($0 ~ /No Records/) { getline; if($0 ~ /Records found/) print $0; } } ' filename

# 3
It is printing two lines like this

No Records
Records found
# 4
Please always use code tags when posting any code fragments or data samples. If you are not sure how to use code tags, then please have a look at this forum video tutorial

I'm not getting 2 lines: Here is o/p:-
Code:
# cat infile
No Records
No Records
Records found
got it
Records found

Code:
# awk ' { while($0 ~ /No Records/) { getline; if($0 ~ /Records found/) print $0; } } ' infile
Records found

# 5
Code:
awk -v pat="No Records" '$0~pat{while(getline)if($0!~pat){print $0;exit}}' input.txt

if you are using solaris, then use nawk.
# 6
Code:
awk 'p && p!=$0{print; exit} /No Records/{p=$0}' file
