Sending attachments via unix
OS Linux....Just curious as to why this is not working...

Code:
 
uuencode test.txt "test.xls"|mailx -r xxx@server.com -s "validation report" emailrecipient1,emailrecipient2


Please help....Any other options do we need to use??

Use the search function of the forum next time first. Especially mail is one of the often asked topics.
Also if you get an error message, post it using code tags next time.
You are not new to the forum so you should be familiar with this and take it as a reminder, thanks.

Try sending some mail text, in this case a word like "test":
