If the files are not too big then you could give this a try:

awk '{k=$1 OFS $2 OFS $3; A[k]=A[k] OFS $4} FILENAME==ARGV[ARGC-1]{print k A[k]}' infile*

# 9

which variable to change for 600 files? there are 12000 row per file

I don't understand what you mean. You should not need to change a variable. What are the files called?

Need help on merging
