Cron Tab Setup in Ubuntu

Hi,

I need to install the crontab utility in Ubuntu.

Can any one one tell me what exactly is the steps to do it?

If it's Ubuntu, isn't it already available?
Did you check for it in your installation - vi /etc/crontab

But one question will be remain suppose it is not there then what is the procedure to install it.
