Password

Hi, I was wondering if anybody knew if there were an easy script to evaluate if my password files have been changed with in the last 5 minutes. I would like the results emailed to me but it is not necessarily. I am just trying to find out how to write. Any help would be appreciated. This is what i have so far. Not sure if it is right.
Code:
find /home/john/ -mtime -1 -type f -exec ls -l {} \;

You can use "-mmin" instead of "-mtime" and specify the needed minutes, in your case it is '-5', which denotes in the last 5 minutes. Just check whether your 'find' command supports this predicate or not.

Unless you're on Linux, the answer is almost certainly "no", unfortunately.
