Replacement in certain tags of a file from another file

Here is the situation. I have a number of files with certain tags (TAG files):

Code:
TAG1:
TAG2:
TAG3:
TAG4:
TAG5:
TAG6:
TAG7:

and another file with the following format:
Code:
//name1
Jason
//name2
Mariam
//name3
Andrew
//name4
Catherine

etc.

I want "name1" to be placed after TAG3: and "Jason" after TAG7:

I want this to for all names, each name has its own TAG file. In my case the output would be like this:

Code:
TAG1:
TAG2:
TAG3: name1
TAG4:
TAG5:
TAG6:
TAG7: Jason

Code:
TAG1:
TAG2:
TAG3: name2
TAG4:
TAG5:
TAG6:
TAG7: Mariam

Code:
TAG1:
TAG2:
TAG3: name3
TAG4:
TAG5:
TAG6:
TAG7: Andrew

etc.
