Same as before, you got the PID that spawned the children: 11552. Take it's STIME and you got it. If it is the same day, you have the time format hh:mm:ss, test for it and use the date command to get the rest you need. If it is older, it just keeps the day and month, if it is from last year it only displays the year it has been started.
If you want it very exactly without parsing the missing info, if possible, you could still just parse the log file for the last start.
If you have a /proc, you could check for the PID as directory name and see if you can get more process information from the files in there.

Just found that one:

ps -eo pid,lstart,cmd

So you don't have trouble getting the rest of the time and date.

lstart doesn't appear to be supported on Solaris (on 9, at least), just stime (which follows the normal 24-hour rule).

You could get the elapsed time and work it out though:
