Question User creation - query
Hi,

I want to create a user using useradd -m test. How can I restric the user not to change his directory from his home dir?

did you try to change the home directory as normal user?

If you are asking about, not allowing the user to go to any other directory. Then it is worth to have a look at restricted shell.
