Question Auto Refresh iptables's webmin settings

Hello people Smilie

Here it's a simple thing to do, but really hard for me ^^'

I use webmin and don't want to stop use it, but I'm stucked with something ...

I search how refresh webmin's iptables rules ???

Some details about my problem :
I ban a range of ip, because of users using dynamic ip for attack and other bad things
But I wish to do an exeption with some users, for that they use noip service to be able to use a custom reverse automatically binded to the new dynamic ip they have.
So into webmin, I can set the custom reverse of my user, and that's work as exception Smilie
But, each time the ip change (arround every 36 hours for them) my firewall need to be "refresh" to use the new correct ip binded with each custom reverse.

When I do a simple "apply/refresh" into my firewall module in webmin, that's work, so I was thinking about any script or way to cron this action.

Any other way to reach my goal are welcome for sure Smilie
