Does DOS has a terminal or pseudo terminal?

I am wondering if the DOS console works like the unix terminal?

The answer is yes & no.

DOS is an operating system, which use text base console.
Plus, it is a single user OS.

Unix terminal is a view to the Unix Operating system.
Whic is a multi-user OS
