Red number specifies the column to check, starting from 0 as the first column:
ls | perl -F"_" -ane 'push @{$h{$F[2]}},$_;END{for $i (keys %h){print @{$h{$i}} if $#{$h{$i}}>0}}'

This will check for duplicates in column 3.
