Data Recover deleted files

Is there a Unix tool, like in Novell, to recover accidentally deleted files?

Not that comes with the OS - unless you saved a copy or backups just ran. At least with the UNIX brands I've dealt with.

u can run some backup tools such as 'tsm' (Tivoli) (runs everyday)

to restore previous day version if the current version is deleted by mistake.
