installing unix/linux on HP(INTEL INSIDE) LAPTOP.

Please inform me on how to install unix/Linus on hp(Intel inside) lap top computer, with windows xp inside.

easiest way is by vmware or others similar tools.

By far the "easiest" is to just burn a Knoppix livecd and boot it. No installation steps at all, it will boot in memory and not install anything.

Beyond that we need to know more about what you actually want.
