Smilie I need to find a place or places on the Internet where I can find UNIX scripts to view and to modify to make life easy on the UNIX environment. Can someone help me on this. Thanks

What kind of scripts are you looking for? Any particular shell (sh, bash, ksh, csh, etc...)?

I am looking for scripts in csk, ksh and sh....most comman shells used.....

For PERL, PHP and other scripts go to:

http://www.hotscripts.com/

Highly recommend using PERL or PHP and not SH (KSH, SH, CSH, etc. etc.) for most scripts, unless the script is very, very simple. *SH scripts are nice, but PERL or PHP or PYTHON etc. are much more powerful, flexible, etc.

what kinda funtions are you looking to do? If you post a list maby some of us have already writting what you need done. and can share with the community.
