How do i list all locked account in linux?

How do i list all locked account in my linux distributiion
I have tried
passwd -S -a

but it seems to not working .
My distribution details.
# lsb_release -a
LSB Version:    :core-3.1-ia32:core-3.1-noarch:graphics-3.1-ia32:graphics-3.1-noarch
Distributor ID: OracleVMserver

grep '^.*:!:' /etc/shadow

Did you run it as root? Are the options listed in man passwd in your distrbution? What message are you getting, what does not work?

Oracle VMserver is a RHEL derivative AFAIK. The passwd utility on RHEL does not have a '-a' option.
