Request for Formatted Output

DEALER: I / Account1
TOTALS: 322 12,212,070,868.36 332 11,836,511,638.97

DEALER: II / Account2
TOTALS: 5 21,063,041.44 1 7,015.03

DEALER: III / Account3
TOTALS: 52 51,694,236.07 42 46,509,026.00

DEALER: IV / Account4
TOTALS: 35 575,251,000.01 25 98,638,138.76

DEALER: V / Account5
TOTALS: 13 0.00 7 34,006,318.43

DEALER: VI / Account6
GRAND TOTALS: 427 12,860,079,145.88 407 12,015,672,137.19
Can you please tell me how to just get only the output of dealers I & V information along with their subtotals in the next line of the file and create a new file, The dealer position along with corresponding totals may change everyday to any position above or below in the file, please help Thanks

Something like this?
awk '
/DEALER: I/{print;getline;print}
/DEALER: V/{print;getline;print}
' file > newfile

Or this:
awk '$2=="I"||$2=="V"' RS= ORS="\n\n" infile
