ambiguous redirect issue

I am trying to run the following script and I am getting an "ambiguous redirect" error. I have checked to make sure that the files are all where I have specified and are read/write as needed. Any ideas?

Note: I have removed the actual path info for privacy sake. I have triple checked to make sure the paths I am actually using are the correct ones.

Code:
#!/usr/local/bin/bash

ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_MAGENTO_ROOT=/path/to/magento/root/

ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_OUTPUT_FILE_INC_FILE_NAME= /path/to/script/root/magentoEvents.txt

find $ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_MAGENTO_ROOT -name "*.php" | xargs -L10 grep -n -B 6 "dispatchEvent" .> $ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_OUTPUT_FILE_INC_FILE_NAME

Change this:

Code:
ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_OUTPUT_FILE_INC_FILE_NAME= /path/to/script/root/magentoEvents.txt

to:

Code:
ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_OUTPUT_FILE_INC_FILE_NAME=/path/to/script/root/magentoEvents.txt

No space after the = sign.

Quote your variables:

Code:
find "$ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_MAGENTO_ROOT" -name "*.php" |
  xargs -L10 grep -n -B 6 "dispatchEvent" .> "$ABSOLUTE_PATH_TO_OUTPUT_FILE_INC_FILE_NAME"

Is the dot on the left of the greater than sign a typo?
