Here is a XSL stylesheet which outputs the values of the specified attributes. Since you did not specify the output format, I choose output all three on a single line separated by commas.

   xmlns:a="http://Omiga.test.test/test"
   exclude-result-prefixes="a" >

  <xsl:output method="text"/>

  <xsl:template match="a:PUTTRIGGER">
      <xsl:value-of select="@APPLICATIONNUMBER" />
      <xsl:apply-templates select="//a:DOCUMENT" />
  </xsl:template>

  <xsl:template match="a:DOCUMENT">
      <xsl:text>,</xsl:text>
      <xsl:value-of select="@DOCUMENTCATEGORY" />
  </xsl:template>

</xsl:stylesheet>

If you transform the input document using this stylesheet, here is what you get

The 'a' prefix deals with the null prefix namespace declaration in the PUTTRIGGER element. This handles the default namespace for PUTTRIGGER and all its children and descendents.
