SSH program to run on Windows
Hey,

For a couple of months, I was using SecureCRT which was satisfying all my needs (keyboard-interactive, sftp ...). Its licence got expired and I no longer want to pay for it.

Is there any SSH program other than Putty, u would suggest as free or less expensive with a user interface like SecureCRT?

Such program where I can keep my sessions with VanDyke and open up with it? It doesn't matter that much, but would be nice..

I use attachmate Reflection products but its far for being free (what's wrong with putty?...)

I couldn't use Windows without the Cygwin environment.

It's free as in freedom, GPL. Just download the setup.exe executable and execute it. It installs an environment as close to Linux as you can get on Windows, including OpenSSH, yet you are still running Windows.
