Question sudo mv timestamp modification

I understand that using "mv" does not change the mtime, ctime, atime of files or directories. but will using "sudo mv" alter the timestamps?

sudo is just a tool using already set up privileges on commands (see visudo/sudoers). It does not change the behaviour of the mv command.
