Question FTP Client

Is there any ftp CLIENT(either freeware or sharware) can support passive mode else ncftp?

Sorry I forget mention the O/S, I am seeking FTP client which support passive mode under UNIX. I have tried searching like that way but seems doesn't work for me. Smilie
