Copy Directories excluding files

Hi guys,
I want to copy folder and sub folders only. I don't want the files. If i use cp -r command it will copy entirely with files.

Could any one suggest me.

Thanks in advance

I didn't test but maybe you can combine the "find yourdirectory -type d" with the xargs command.

One solution found :
Code:
# cd /new/dir
# (cd /old/dir; find . -type d ! -name .) | xargs mkdir

Hope that helps!
