Power Help with For Statements
Hi, I am trying to write a for statement that will allow for the ps, who, finger, and date commands to run. Can anyone help? I use Putty.

Could you give us an example of output you are expecting? Also, provide what you have tried so far.

I am not really sure what output I am expecting. I guess I am expecting to get the results of the who, ps, finger and date commands? I have not tried anything, as I am not good with writing for statements-that is why i am here. I only know the keywords (do, done, for, in).

Unfortunately, without knowing what you actually want, there's not a lot of help that can be provided.

What can I want? Give me choices and I will tell you. Isn't the output whatever the user sees when they type the ps, who, finger, and date commands?
I know how to do case statements, but for statements are harder for me.
