None of those videos work so I have no idea what you're asking, but:
Trying to use a tablet for any serious purpose is like smashing your hand with a hammer. Long, painful, and the result is less than what you started with - but you're stuck with it. Never reformat what you can't restore.
If you maker your computer unbootable, you can put in your restore CD and reformat. All you've lost is data. If you make your tablet unbootable, they call that "bricking"... It's gone for good.
