How to append the multiple Delimiters up to requirement?

HI All,

How to append the multiple delimiters to at end the file up to 69 fields.
FinalDelimiter Count is 69
recrod Delimeter count is 10
so 69-10=59
this script will add upto 59 Delimiters to that records.

this script will check each and every record in a file and append the delimiters to the each and every record.
Input:
Code:
GBP|Company|Claims|N|728561|QIEL_UK|AL31DN-FLT15A|Carpenters Solicitors|17/11/16|269.99|

Welcome to the forum!

While people in here generally are more than willing to help, it is usually best to mention the OS and shell, and to show what you tried and where you are stuck. So:

Any attempts / ideas / thoughts from your side? Any preferred tools? Any restrictions?

Is this a homework assignment? Homework and coursework questions can only be posted in the Homework & Coursework forum under special homework rules.

If this is not a homework assignment, please explain the company you work for and the nature of the problem you are working on in addition to the information RudiC requested.

If this is a homework assignment, please review the guidelines for posting homework and repost.

Mod Comment Note to Chrismcq:
Our forum rules require that we not help students cheat by doing their homework for them. Homework questions can only be posted in the Homework & Coursework forum (not in general forums like this one) and must include a completely filled out homework template.

Once a question has been raised about whether or not a thread addresses a homework problem (as it was in post #3 in this thread), it is not appropriate to propose solutions for that problem until the original poster responds with a reasonable description of the problem that makes it clear that there is a need for the requested help that does not involve doing that person's homework for him or her.

Therefore, your last post has been hidden until the OP responds.
