Hi
I need help on to administering a web server.We r hosting web sites . I need an web interface through customers can login into their Account Control Centre where they can manipulate ftp,mailboxes,passwors,crond,mysql

Pls re-define your question, do you mean you are looking for software or apps for administering the server ?

you can use vnc

you need to install vnc on customer servers and specify a port through which customers login.

customers can login through the web e.g

www.customersdomain.com:vnc-port

or configure vnc to work through ssl for better security
