Hello,
As many people, i learned Windows & Linux on x86 hardware.
But i'd like to learn on my own, Unix.
Unlike Linux, it seems impossible to take any hardware and install, on the fly, any Unix OS.
So, i'd like to know : how could someone learn by himself Unix ?

I've been working on an HP 300 computer installed with HP Vista software. For some reason, it won't recognize Data Acquisition Hardware that is plugged in.
