Cannot login via telnet or ssh to AIX 5.2 server
I somehow modified the system so that no one can telnet or ssh into this box as any user including root. I might have blown away important files, I don't know.
Please let me know what I have to check to make it so that I can login.
This is what I get when I try to telnet or ssh:

telnet bk02
Trying...
Connected to bk02
Escape character is '^]'.

ssh user1@bk02
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Connection closed.
============
I'm not closing the current open window for fear of not being able to log back in.
Please help, thanks.

When you say you modified the system what did you do? Have you tried rebooting to see if that resolves the problem? Can you login from the console?

do you have a console you can log into? a termserver you can use?
is the system pingable?

System is pingable
Yes, the system is pingable, I have couple of sessions still open so I can test and correct the problem, but I cannot open a new session.

what modifications did you do? We can't help if we don't have a clue as to what you might have done. Also have you tried loging in from the console?

Problem corrected for now.
I accidentally blew away the /.ssh dir, so I regenerated the key and it worked.
Telnet's still not working though.

RCP slow down and blocks login, telnet, rsh, etc on target server

Hello I have a LPAR AIX 6.1 on Power VM, Vio 2.2.3 and when I execute a rcp to this machine, I cant, simultaneosly, rlogin, telnet, rsh to this same LPARt.
