I work in a multi user environment where my school uses Red Hat Linux server. When I issue commands such as "top" or "users", I get to see what others are doing and what kinds of applications they are running (even ps -aux will give such information). i've downloaded php 5 everything seems to be going smoothly except for onething.. i can't seem to locate the files... my question is do i have to manually place the lib in /usr/lib. how do I go about doing this and which other files have to be allocated..
