How can I convert photos extension?

Hi all

I am working in UNIX O.S and I want to transfer any photos from UNIX O.S to Windows O.S .

can any one tell me how can I do this ?

that shouldn't be an os problem. the right application should be able to open the files (e.g. photoshop)

you have meant I can install any version of photoshop to save photos and make control on it?

it depends on the format of the pictures... if you have an office document you can use ms-office or openoffice to open it. if you have jpeg or gif or tiff pictures from unix you CAN open them with photoshop (or gimp, which is freeware and also available for unix). if you have a special format unix picture file, you maybe CAN NOT open them with photoshop... so it depends on the file and its format!
