mail problems SUNOS BOX

now, i need to send a file to an email address but i cant seem to find a place on the internet that tells me that specifically. sites i came across just happens to be beating aroung the bush too much.

i'm running a SUNOS box 5.6.

can someone please give me the proper syntax. either for mailx or sendmail.

Hi, I have an ancient SunOS 5.6 and I have to backup all the data onto it. I have tried connecting a tape drive but it does not boot up (something to do with its SCSI configuration I guess) when I do. I get when I mail to a non existing mailbox I get a return failer to nobody@domain.bla wich will end up in root@domain.bla What I want is to get it to /dev/NULL so I dont get a messege when I mailed to a non existing...
