Hi,
I'm trying to insert double quotes right after the third delimiter in a file. Delimiter is ^Z.
For example:
Input:
Oct ^Z 1234 ^Z John ^Z Hello!"
Desired Output:
Oct ^Z 1234 ^Z John ^Z "Hello!"
